Empire HR – The Team

Empire HR has the following team members:

• Catrin heads a team as the Labour Hire Manager with in-depth experience across all of the back and front of house areas in the hospitality industry. Catrin works closely with all the clients to ensure our clients get the best from our services and staff.
• Kitty Boyd – Labour Hire Coordinator has worked with Empire since day one. She has completed positions as Food and Beverage Attendant for some of Perth largest events. Kitty also became a qualified Chef in 2011. Kitty’s main duties are recruiting all staff for front of house positions as well as training staff when required.
• Mark Freeman is our Executive Chef who screens, interviews and places our team of experienced Chefs. Mark has over 20 years experience in the industry and has travelled the world as a Chef. We are very lucky to have in on our team. It would only be right for a passionate Chef to be recruiting Chefs!
• Nathan Campbell – Managing Director, hands on to help build relationships with clients and staff alike. Enjoys networking a keeping his ears open to the hospitality buzz around town.
